Revamping PMA.LA's website to grow the community - PMA.LA

The Client

PMA.LA is a Los Angeles-based community for product managers, offering mentoring and events. In 2024, they set out to enhance their website’s usability to boost visitor-to-member conversion rates.

The mission

The mission lasted two months in which we proceeded to understand the current status quo, the founder's objectives, the tangible objectives for the site and the guidelines for the new design. This done, we developed the application with Wix to maintain the platform on which everything was already built.

The milestones

  • Reviewed the current status quo: number of target pages for each page, visual and usability elements.

  • Reviewed the business goal of the page with the founder

  • Reviewed the analytics of the old page to understand the actual user behavior

  • Designed a new page for PMA.LA using the meta (CR) as the goal.

  • Developed a new site using Wix Studio to maintain the current site architecture.

Delivered outcomes

Over 3 months, we achieved key milestones:
